Funds are only requested when a deal is sourced and agreed in principle.

The deal is communicated to prospective investors through an easy-to-read IPAD document Investment Property Appraisal document

Return on Investment

We acquire deals through various sources such as auctions, real-estate agents, direct contacts or through active search and networking.

We aim to offer investors 10% return on each project and this percentage my fall or rise depending on various factors that impact project outcome.

To become an investor you must first register with us. A nominal fee of £150+ VAT applies to process your application and confirm your genuine intent. This fee will be billed to you after we receive your application.

Once you're approved as an investor, you will receive notifications of potential investment opportunities and will be provided with an initial project appraisal document outlining details of the opportunity, expected timescales and expected ROI

Step 3. Acquire

When funds are ready and a deal has been negotiated, we'll proceed to move forward with the deal. This becomes a live project.

Step 4. Develop

Step 5. Deliver

Once a project is acquired, project execution begins. During this stage investors are kept up-to date on progress on a weekly, biweekly and monthly basis.

When a project is delivered, a final project account is produced and funds are released to all investors involved.
