1. I am an international investor based out of the UK. Can I invest??

We welcome investors from all over the world and we already work with some international investors. Additional due diligence measures may apply to comply with anti money laundering regulations

2. What guarantees me the funds are safe?

We can answer this question in infinite roundabout ways, but the direct answer is YOUR own trust and gut feel. If you don’t feel right about putting your funds in our projects, then you shouldn’t. We want to ensure that our investors 1. Are confident before taking part in our venture, 2. Are comfortable in the amount they invest, 3. will be satisfied to become a repeat investor.

3. What is the average return on investment on a typical project?

Our rule is to enter into a property deal if we can offer our investors 8-10% return. Profitability of a project is impacted by different factors and we always plan to have an exit strategy should events turn unfavorable to the project.

4. How long does it take to receive my funds?

Before entering into a business deal with us, we provide our approved investors an opportunity-appraisal document showing the expected timescale of the investment project. Typically, projects take between 6 and 18 months. We disburse funds to investors within 2-4 weeks of receiving clear funds from the sale of the investment opportunity.

5. What if I decide to pull out of an investment?

Once we proceed with an investment deal, we would have committed to the project and it would not be possible to have an early exit. This is why we emphasize that investors must be comfortable with the timescales for each opportunity before committing funds to it.

6. What is the minimum acceptable amount of investment?

We set the minimum investment threshold at £25,000.

7. How much can I invest in one project?

We generally limit contribution to 75% per investor per project. This is so that other investors including ourselves get a chance to take share in the project

8. Where do you operate?

We keep an open mind to any real estate opportunity around the united kingdom, however we focus our efforts on properties within Cheshire, Staffordshire and parts of Greater Manchester
