We are a family owned and run property development business managed by Rami and Claire backed by a group of selected investors who are an extension to the family. Rami and Claire are supported by a team of highly experienced professionals in the property development field such as planning consultants, architects and construction managers. This eclectic team combines years of experience and knowledge that propel us to excellence.
While we keep an open mind to all opportunities across the United Kingdom, we focus our efforts in the North West and West Midlands covering Cheshire, Staffordshire and Greater Manchester.
Founder and CEO
Our business is founded by Rami Ayyash who possesses international experience living and working in different parts of the world. He has a bachelor degree in civil engineering which differentiates him in the property development game as he able to analyse opportunities not only from a commercial angle but a technical angle as well. This has proven to be invaluable when qualifying potential investment opportunities. Rami has worked in the construction sector for 15+ years and headed a multi-million-pound construction business.
Rami meets individually with prospective investors as he values a personal handshake and face-to-face meeting to build trust and confidence on both sides.
